The Camellia Festival is a family-friendly event the second week of April that celebrates the camellia as Newberg’s City Flower. It includes a variety of stage entertainment that celebrates the dance, culture, music and food of the Pacific Rim. If you love camellias, this is the place to be. During the festival you can also check out the plant sale, see local art and photography and visit the library for children’s arts and crafts. All events are held at the Chehalem Cultural Center, 415 E. Sheridan St
